The highlight for me has always been seeing them on the firetruck with their Daddy. This year though Annie decided that she wanted to watch the parade with her friends. It made me sad, but it made way for Sarah Beth to ride. So she, Emma and Tim rode together. She waved and smiled. She dropped candy. She didn't seem to mind leaving her momma there waving on the sidewalk one bit!
I had to laugh about a conversation Annie and Emma had in which they referred to homecoming as one of their favorite holidays. These sweet girls know how to enjoy being a coach's daughter.
